What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry refers to customized pieces that are welded onto your wrist, neck, or ankle, eliminating the need for a clasp. These jewelry items remain on your body until you intentionally remove them by cutting them off. If you prefer the ability to take off your jewelry, we are happy to add a clasp for a small additional fee.
What types of jewelry can be welded?

We offer welding services for bracelets, necklaces, and anklets.
What are the available choices for the jewelry material?

You can choose between 14K Gold Filled and 925 Sterling Silver for your jewelry. Solid gold is available upon request, but please note that the stock is limited.
What are the prices for the different types of charms?

Basic Charms are priced at $12, while Specialty Charms range from $15 to $25.
Is there a specific selection process for charm styles?

Charm styles vary, and they are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Are there any discounts available for purchasing multiple charms?

Yes, if you buy three or more charms, you can save 10% on your purchase.
Is solid gold available for purchase?

Solid gold is available upon request, but please note that the stock is limited.
What if the jewelry becomes detached?

We provide a 48-hour guarantee for the weld. If your permanent jewelry breaks at the welded spot within this timeframe, we will reweld it at no charge. However, if it breaks at any other spot, an assessment for repair will be required.
Can I bring my own chain?

We only weld the chains that we sell and do not offer welding services for external chains.
Can I visit with a group or acquire more than one piece of jewelry?

If you are visiting with a group or looking to acquire more than one piece, we kindly request booking multiple appointments. This ensures ample time for each guest and allows us to provide personalized service to everyone.
How long are the appointments?

Our appointments are 15 minutes long per piece of permanent jewelry for one guest. Each appointment caters to one person for one chain.
How can I secure my appointment?

To secure your appointment, we kindly request a $20 deposit, which will be deducted from the final cost of your selected jewelry.
Is there an age restriction?

With parental consent, we can perform the welding procedure on anyone above 3 years old. For individuals under the age of 15, an adult must accompany them.
Can I wear my jewelry through airport security?

Yes, you can wear your permanent jewelry through airport security. However, you will need to remove it for an MRI scan.
What if I need to take it off?

If you need to remove your permanent jewelry, you can cut the chain using cutters or scissors. We can then re-weld it back onto your body. We kindly request that you cut the chain at the welded link. Please note that a $10 reweld fee applies to all chains purchased at Healing Harmony Spa. If you prefer the ability to take off your jewelry, we are happy to add a clasp for a small additional fee.
Does it cause any pain?

Not at all! The welding process is quick, and we prioritize your safety by taking special precautions.
