We provide a 48-hour guarantee for the weld. If your permanent jewelry breaks at the welded spot within this timeframe, we will reweld it at no charge. However, if it breaks at any other spot, an assessment for repair will be required.

We only weld the chains that we sell and do not offer welding services for external chains.

If you are visiting with a group or looking to acquire more than one piece, we kindly request booking multiple appointments. This ensures ample time for each guest and allows us to provide personalized service to everyone.

Our appointments are 15 minutes long per piece of permanent jewelry for one guest. Each appointment caters to one person for one chain.

To secure your appointment, we kindly request a $20 deposit, which will be deducted from the final cost of your selected jewelry.

With parental consent, we can perform the welding procedure on anyone above 3 years old. For individuals under the age of 15, an adult must accompany them.

Yes, you can wear your permanent jewelry through airport security. However, you will need to remove it for an MRI scan.

If you need to remove your permanent jewelry, you can cut the chain using cutters or scissors. We can then re-weld it back onto your body. We kindly request that you cut the chain at the welded link. Please note that a $10 reweld fee applies to all chains purchased at Healing Harmony Spa.
